UGoddess Yoga is not about flexible people getting together to put their bodies into pretzel positions; it's about taking a conscious, intentional, sacred perspective on life. A private yoga session with me in Palm Springs or Chicago is an intimate time in which your life journey gets private attention; putting your body into a yoga position means being guided to tune into your inner voice, it is a time be heard and seen with empathy, to be shown a higher perspective. I am a mirror, during this unique time set apart from the way you are in the rest of your world.  Our session is a time for you to feel yourself as Divine, a time to drop deep into your body and emotions, into your spiritual self. I hold sacred space for all that you are, and for your dreams and intentions.

My intention is to bring my Palm Springs and Chicago clients into a joyful awareness of their Inner Light; to demystify yoga in a way that honors its origins and makes the teachings immediately useful in everyday life; to help you experience that every breath can be life-altering; to offer you a sense of physical and emotional support allowing you to feel spiritually supported as well. On this journey together we will embrace a life path that is in tune with your heart's desire and we'll have a whole lot of fun along the way. We can create happy, fulfilled lives simply by doing yoga.

Private Sessions
$120/hour; or a series of four sessions for $400
$180 for 90 glorious minutes, including transformational healing breath, Reiki, and an Akashic Records reading
